THE DREAM
As children, they had been enchanted by stories of their grandparents enjoying the first pizzas brought over from Italy to the United States. These tales of humble beginnings ignited a spark within them, and they grew up with a profound appreciation for the way pizza had evolved over the years.
THE JOURNEY
It all began by scouring old cookbooks, family recipes, and historical accounts of pizza's evolution in the United States. They discovered that pizza had gone through remarkable transformations - from the early Neapolitan immigrants introducing their beloved Margherita and Marinara pizzas, to the creative pizzaiolos who started experimenting with different toppings, leading to the birth of Chicago deep-dish and New York-style pizzas. Each style told a unique story of culture, innovation, and community.
